“Alles Gut, auch vom Customer Support erhielt ich sofort Unterstützung. Brille gut angekommen. Da ich aus Österreich bin mußte ich zoll einfuhrumsatzsteuer und gebühr extra bezahlen. Das habe ich beim Bestellen nicht realisiert. Daher war dann die brille sicher um 30% teurer. Aber freut mich trotzdem, daß ich diese Brille, die ich wollte bekam! Mit freundlichen Grüßen Othmar”

“con mia grande sorpresa, al ricevimento del pacco, che non ho ritirato, mi sono trovato da pagare spese doganali e postali per € 17,25; dopo avere contattato il venditore ho ricevuto un rimborso di € 18 e quindi ho ritirato il pacco con circa 15 giorni di ritardo.......detto questo do solo 4 stelle (per la qualità dell'acquisto e la correttezza nel rimborso) ........ma faccio presente che all'atto dell'acquisto non c'era nessuna info sulle spese doganali Much to my surprise, upon receiving the package, which I hadn't collected, I found myself having to pay €17.25 in customs and postage. After contacting the seller, I received a refund of €18, and so I collected the package about 15 days late. That said, I'm only giving it 4 stars (for the quality of the purchase and the accuracy of the refund). However, I should point out that there was no information about customs fees at the time of purchase. Therefore, it's all thanks to Brexit, which you English wanted and voted for.”

“Love the bags and the outside pockets are very useful except the flap is sewn down therefore reduces size of opening making it difficult to insert phone etc. Love the colour and quality.”
