“Request for the review turned up 2 hours before Australia Post said my order was ready for collection! Product is great but the delivery caused some concerns. The product was sent to a shipper and then sat with them, according to tracking, for a couple of weeks. I made contact with KJ Beckett and David was back within hours saying it was all OK and that the product would arrive. Then unexpectedly and amazingly proactively, several days later he contacted me again to say he was putting in a request for progress because everything had gone quiet. That appeared to generate some action as the socks began to move towards Australia and finally got from Sydney to Melbourne today. All's well that ends well. Thank you for exceptional customer service, David!”

“It was ok, the part that corresponded to Kj B. However, the travel bag I bought was stucked at customs for almost a week, so that was kind of a hassle.”

“The toe socks I bought recently allow my toes to spread apart instead of feeling cramped together in an ordinary sock. The separation also prevents skin problems between the toes. Ordering was easy, and delivery reasonably prompt, considering overseas shipment, and free.”

“So happy that I stumbled across this website when looking for a ROKA bag for my mum. I stupidly ordered the wrong colour and my only complaint is rang customer service from 8am quite a few times and they didn’t turn the line on till gone 9am. However they did email me back quickly. However the bag got swopped and shipped quickly and arrived on her birthday. Will definitely use again.”

“It's not the sellers fault, but I didn't realize that I had to pay import duties in ireland (Brexit I suppose). The product is very well made with quality materials, althoughit's bit small for large jewelry. Overall happy with my purchase.”
