“My last order was for some Burlington socks, good value, top quality & stylish to boot! The ordering process is easy enough to follow (I'm a repeat customer), although the web site can sometimes be a bit slow to respond. Confirmation and despatch of order are prompt as is delivery in just a couple of days.”

“Ordered three items from the website and completed payment. Waited expecting delivery then received and email a full 7 days later to say they only had one item, another was out of stock and the third was no longer available. Have had payment for over a week now and although requested no refund. Have a payment dispute via PayPal to try to resolve this situation. Very poor customer service. Oh and still showing these items on the website and the sister website sock emporiu!”

“Absolutely loved the wallet I ordered (a gift which went down brilliantly), service was prompt, packaging top notch and value was great. Only concern was the size of the product but it's impossible to get any wallet even half as functional at the price and quality that this one was!”

“The bag that i ordered came without the shoulder strap. When i sent an email stating this i received an email 2 days later asking if i had checked inside the bag! When I responded that i had checked inside the bag i was told that the manufacture would be notified. Which was the case but between getting the bag and the shoulder strap it was nearly 2 weeks. I was just about to return the bag. Saying this I have ordered from you before and not had and issue - it would appear that only when something goes wrong your service needs attention.”
