“Excellent service. I was wary about purchasing a wallet that I had not seen in "the flesh" but these fears were unfounded. I would definitely buy from K J Beckett again.”

“The cufflinks were for our wedding and a gift to my husband to be. They were beautifully packaged and sent within a couple of days. They are excellent quality and much, much better than the photograph depicted.”

“Very good customer service! Company emailed me to say they were awaiting delivery of the item ordered as wasn't in stock. It was to be a Valentine's day gift and delivery couldn't be guaranteed by then and was offered another choice. I decided to stick to my original choice even if it was not going to arrive till well after the 14th but was kept up to date all the time on how my order was progressing. and Surprise surprise it arrived this morning! So happy Valentine's day to my husband who just retired today also and who loved the silver arrow tie pin, and thanks KJ Beckett. Caroline”

“I made two orders to KJ Beckett and was very pleased with the speed of the delivery and the packaging was adequate to protect the purchased items. What i am not happy with is the customer service side of the company in relation to a simple email request for further information on an item.the item was on sale and i was interested in purchasing it.i sent the email query on the 25/1/14 and only received a reply on the 5/2/14 that is eleven days.by that time the item had returned to its normal RRP or was sold out.to me this just isn't good enough from a company that prides itself on it's reputation.”
