Beckett covered the shortfall after substitution of 2 out-of-stock items with similar items of higher-value. Customer service was prompt, polite and efficient in effecting this substitution. “I was slightly apprehensive about placing my first order as I had not heard of K J Beckett and knew nothing about the company. Having received 2 orders I can tell you this is a 5 star company to deal with! I was kept informed about the order progress. The goods arrived in 2 days! amazing! and were exactly as described. Can you get better service than that? I will definitely buy more items from KJ Beckett.”
