“Terrible company. Wallet for a Christmas present came without box in a ripped scruffy piece of plastic and wallet looked like it must have been the last one on the shelf. When I called to return it there were no grovelling apologies just ok you can send it back. And my postage refund came in the form of a cheque which is annoying and inconvenient. Will never but from again!”

“Despite a couple of issues with stock levels the service was first rate. On the issue of the items I requested being unavailable Iw as emailed and phoned and offered suitable alternatives. Personal touch very much appreciated. In terms of the items themselves - wonderful silk knitted ties at a tremendous price and delivered overnight. I will certainly return to KJ Beckett.”
