“Smooth & easy transaction on website. Ordered on Saturday before 9pm and received an email 10.30 the next morning as purchase was ready for collection at local store. A hassle free experience even in the Christmas rush-thankyou.”

“I paid for next day delivery to have my husbands birthday present here on time but there was a problem with the delivery company and they were a day late. I did get a refund for next day delivery charge which helped you redeem yourselves.”

“First two orders 100% great, third time stuff was out of stock on your website in my size plus your internet site kept dropping out. Consequence:- I ordered the stuff I wanted through Amazon supplied by you and they had the stock and it was quicker than your site, ok for me but you had to pay a % charge to Amazon meaning less profit for yourselves!”

“The overall service from KT Beckett was good. However the item itself is not worth the pre-sale price. The internal compartments are flimsy and the zipper is very stiff. I reckon the sale price is about it's true value. It's a handy size and quite pleasing to the eye so I am reasonably satisfied with my purchase”

“Received a yellow knitted tie for Christmas and have been really pleased with the quality. My girlfriend who bought the tie has said she was impressed with the efficiency when purchasing and it was delivered in a timely manner - exactly what you want, particularly at such a time of year. First impressions count and as a result of our experience I will absolutely consider purchasing further workwear from you.”
