“Overall great products, simple buying process and speedy delivery. Disappointed with the packaging however with my most recent delivery; the Jiffy bag was flimsy and torn open which is not ideal when you've ordered underwear! This may very well have been down to the postal service but I'd suggest reviewing how orders are packed to not detract from otherwise excellent service.”

“I was happy with the overall service. I was a little worried about the delivery as had put a works address to ensure I received it and they kept trying to deliver in the evening! It did take a while for the item to be despatched too even though there was nothing to say it was out of stock when I ordered it.”

“I was ordering a briefcase to replace an exact replica of one i already had. Unfortunately the one i received was not as good/nicely finished as the one i was replacing but the service (delivery etc) was fine.”

“I liked the pattern and quality of the ties very much. The only point I am unsure about is the width of them. I presume the fashion has changed since I used to be in the city. I bought them for myself and my best man as I am marrying this year. I am unsure what to do.”
