“Good to have locally based supplier of Bruhl jeans & trousers. Previous purchases valued, although last jeans were too small. When measured they were a size smaller than shown on label. Lerger size not availble from you so had to be bought elsewhere. Warning to you about other stock of Genua !!! jeans - quite possibly they will be small & likely to be reurned. Currently awaiting refund for returned jeans. Not your fault. Happy to deal with you again”

“I received my photo frame but unfortunately it was scratched in a few place. After a phone call a replacement was sent straight out and I received it the next day. Thankyou for dealing with the problem straight away.”

“Easy to order in my currency. Received tracking a few days later, however the tracking notice stayed the same for a week. Sent an email to kjbeckett and received a reply promptly. Then received my goods a few days later.”

“Request for the review turned up 2 hours before Australia Post said my order was ready for collection! Product is great but the delivery caused some concerns. The product was sent to a shipper and then sat with them, according to tracking, for a couple of weeks. I made contact with KJ Beckett and David was back within hours saying it was all OK and that the product would arrive. Then unexpectedly and amazingly proactively, several days later he contacted me again to say he was putting in a request for progress because everything had gone quiet. That appeared to generate some action as the socks began to move towards Australia and finally got from Sydney to Melbourne today. All's well that ends well. Thank you for exceptional customer service, David!”
