“I was ordering a briefcase to replace an exact replica of one i already had. Unfortunately the one i received was not as good/nicely finished as the one i was replacing but the service (delivery etc) was fine.”

“I liked the pattern and quality of the ties very much. The only point I am unsure about is the width of them. I presume the fashion has changed since I used to be in the city. I bought them for myself and my best man as I am marrying this year. I am unsure what to do.”

“Bottom drawer does not pull out smoothly, there is a small bump on the lid as it is opened makes a little work to get it pulled out. Seems like the fabric did not glue down evenly. Other than that she loves it!”

“I recently ordered a beautiful product from yourselves. The product arrived early and was excactly as displayed however there was a part of the product missing. The item was a present, and after getting back to me the very next day, you sent me the missing item with a wonderful complimentary gift.
