“High quality Falke Socks. The only downside is how long they took to get here. I'd definitely buy again from them provided they have more colors of the same and shorter delivery times.”

“Although the tie I ordered was a different size to what had been described, the customer service around the no quibble refund and indeed, the going the extra mile touch of also refunding my postage, was appreciated and unexpected . Shame about tie, but will check KJB again in future”

“Unfortunately as soon as I put this cap on(it was a birthday present) it was immediately obvious it was too big. This has left me in a quandary. Is there any way in which I can shrink it. I am annoyed with myself. I thought the medium size was right for me. Therefore it's my fault.”

“After receiving my order of Beginnings beaded T-bar necklace, I was thoroughly disappointed. It was £100 and looked extremely cheap and clearly wasn't solid silver. I would nt have even paid £5 for it from a market stall! I telephoned to complain and ask for a refund. My call was answered politely and I promptly received a returns label. My refund was given promptly together with an apology that I had been disappointed with my order.”

“Item arrived within specified time.Liked the fact it came in a box, as it was a present for a friend.A bit fiddly to get photos in position but once in place they never need to be removed.Very happy with purchase .”

“Firstly the service I received was excellent with prompt answers to my questions and efficient delivery. Some reservations with my dressing gown for the following reasons:- 1. Although only 5.8 tall and of moderate dimensions the dressing gown does not feel very volumous and wrap around terribly well when sitting. I did order the large size so suggest you order a size up to what you may normally do. 2. In my view it is a sought of lightly brushed cotton rather than a velour,though it does have good weight. 3. Colour and quality is very good.”
