“Tutto OK per l'acquisto del prodotto ,insoddisfatto sulla procedura di importazione in quanto ho pagato oltre alle spese di trasporto le spese della dogana. Mai più questa esperienza dal Regno Unito, fate bene a rimanere fuori dalla comunità Europea e a mantenere tutte lòe vostre buone abitudini, la sterlina i pollici il re etc. etc. Grazie di tutto.”

Grazie per il tuo feedback. Siamo lieti che il prodotto ti sia piaciuto, ma mi dispiace apprendere che l'autorità doganale italiana ha applicato una tassa di importazione, purtroppo questo può accadere con i pacchi destinati all'UE dal Regno Unito

“Took nearly a month to deliver, rediculus. Also even though the article was advertised priced in euro the failed to mention the customs cost of 25 euro that I had to pay on an article that originally cost 110 euro will never buy from kj beckett again, very annoying”

Thank you for raising this to our attention. Our sincere apologies the package was held up in Dublin customs, we'll certainly be looking into why this happened with the logistics company. We do advise on the delivery page that some customers in Europe may receive a customs charge.

“Very pleased with KJ Beckett. Sometimes things don’t go to plan and that’s when you find out what customer service is like. In this case an exchange for a different size was handled with the absolute minimum of fuss and replacement sent out so quickly without having to pay and refund postage.”
