“I was very pleased with the quality of the item when it came. Also very pleased with the packaging of the item, this was present for someone and the packaging made it look so much nicer. Delivery was excellent. Very pleased all round.”

“First two orders 100% great, third time stuff was out of stock on your website in my size plus your internet site kept dropping out. Consequence:- I ordered the stuff I wanted through Amazon supplied by you and they had the stock and it was quicker than your site, ok for me but you had to pay a % charge to Amazon meaning less profit for yourselves!”

“Initial delivery never received ,duplicate delivery received packaging totally inadequate pendals bent Totally lost interest in completing task item ordered for very very disappointed should have requested refund instead of giving provider a second chance”

“I bought a FOSSIL wallet and expected it to be packaged a bit better. The tin arrived dented and it was a Christmas present. But it was too close to Christmas to return it. I would expect expensive items to be packaged a bit more sensibly. Product was fine which is why I gave them 3 stars instead of 2.”
