“Your initial service in response to my order was excellent. Unfortunately I had not carried out the research, which I should have the result being that the gloves were too large and I had to return them with an explanatory letter. I followed this up with a telephone call to your Customer Services who were certain a smaller size could be obtained and were going to take it up directly with Dents. Within the week the smaller gloves were received preceded by an e-mail. The gloves fitted fine and I responded with an e-mail expressing my appreciation of your service. Thank you. - Tom Henry”

“Why do I shop at KJ Beckett? A combination of reasons: (1) the range & quality of the things they offer - I particularly like their socks & men's accessories; (2) their prices are fair & offers bountiful; (3) they despatch quickly & I have yet to have had any delivery problems; (4) on the 1 occasion when I encountered a minor order-content problem, I found the customer service rep courteous, sympathetic to my problem & prompt to act - she then did exactly what she promised me she would do. If only other on-line retailers did most of the above ...”
