“Never shopped on line before you were my first experience! Always been worried about payments by card on line and having to send items back and never wanted the hassle that I thought may happen. I persuaded myself to give it a go. I chose my items men's 'Obviously' underwear.. paid by card.. Items were delivered when stated.. very simple! I will be shopping on line again with you!. “Your initial service in response to my order was excellent. Unfortunately I had not carried out the research, which I should have the result being that the gloves were too large and I had to return them with an explanatory letter. I followed this up with a telephone call to your Customer Services who were certain a smaller size could be obtained and were going to take it up directly with Dents. Within the week the smaller gloves were received preceded by an e-mail. The gloves fitted fine and I responded with an e-mail expressing my appreciation of your service. Thank you. - Tom Henry”
