“Timing is everything. There was no expedited services and it took more than a week to have my items shipped. So not cool.”

“A mildly frustrating experience, the items my wife wanted were listed on the K J Beckett website, but the system would only allow us to order one of each, not the two or three my wife wanted. Whether this was because only one was available, we don't know. Otherwise smooth ordering and delivery.”

“Brilliant customer service. Item ordered arrived but was wrong colour. I called customer services and was refunded amount that more than covered the return postage and the correct item arrived the next day. Would definitely use KJ Beckett again.”

“Item is shipped outside of UK, so to Ireland from NL??, it's a cute trick to avoid taxes and charges for shipping into the EU so ethics???the customer service is very poor there is no interest in you as a customer at all, just a simple 'get lost' response, the information on the web site is ambiguous to say the least - Don't shop here!”

Many thanks for your feedback. Our products are shipped from the UK and all follow the correct taxation protocols. We did explain that the logistics service used is a partner of the Dutch Postal services and sometimes consignments destined outside of the UK may sort at their hub in the Netherlands before forwarding to the destination country.
