Many thanks for your review. We're terribly sorry to hear your order took longer than expected to arrive, unfortunately the new COVID strain was found in the UK at the time the order was placed and with regret, some orders did experience some delays leaving the UK at that time. All caps should be boxed for protection, we will contact you via private message to confirm the issues experienced with the packaging.

“So disappointed. This order was predicted to arrive two days before Christmas, it didn't arrive until well into January. When I opened it I discovered the little pendant was so tiny you couldn't see any detail, it's less than the size of a pea. Terrible value for money, huge amount of time to arrive and despite an email saying track your delivery there was no tracking number provided, the link in the email was unresponsive. It was supposed to come by courier but came by Postal service. I will never buy from this shop again and would not recommend it to anyone”

The measurements of this item is provided on the product details page. but we do offer a returns service if the item is unsuitable.
