“Very fast service. I received it 10 days after ordering and I'm in Canada. And, KJ Beckett kept me updated regularly via email of the delivery progress. I received just what I ordered: looks just like what I saw on the website. Beautiful sterling silver Woodford Double Hunter Skeleton pocket watch. It was packaged very safely and arrived in excellent condition: the case was well protected and in perfect condition. There is only one flaw, and you have to use a magnifying glass to notice it: the catch is showing a few tiny spots of rust, where what must be a chrome plating has flaked off a tiny bit. The catch was quite stiff and difficult to work at first, and I could only get the front to open. It took me 5 or 10 minutes to figure out that depressing the crown even more firmly would open the back. In only a few days, the catch started working more smoothly and easily. I wind the watch every day and put it on my desk to admire it: keeps almost as good time as the clock on my computer. It gains one minute after maybe 3 or 4 days. Really amazing and really beautiful, both the case and the marvellous Swiss movement. The skeleton is so "busy" that it does make it harder to read the time. If you want to read the time easily, get the one with the white face that doesn't show the inside. If you don't mind taking a few more moments to read the time, get the Skeleton one: it's something to appreciate. This is the first time I've wound a watch with the confidence that I won't overwind it: being able to see inside really helped me understand what's happening when you wind a watch. And, I never tire of watching it work.”

“Absolutely great customer service as they exchanged my purchase (my fault) so quickly and the Vivienne Westwood purse that I did give as a gift was much appreciated.
