“A professional and cost-effective brokerage service that lived up to its name and kept everything simple to meet our exact bridging loan needs. We shopped around quite a bit before we chose KIS and very glad we did. There are so many brokers out there charging all sorts of exorbitant fees and you can tell they are not always being straight with you. KIS were very relatable, straight talking and genuinely friendly. Would definitely use them again and recommend to others.”

“The team at KIS were incredibly helpful , diligent and professional , I had the need to arrange finance quickly for a property purchased at auction , I first approached two other larger specialist brokers before KIS and it became obvious that I needed a more personal approach , then spoke with the team at KIS who jumped on my case understood the challenges and quickly came up with options , they gave me confidence that they would find the best solution for my situation. “I've just completed a Lifetime Mortgage through Neil Andrews of KIS (located about 300 miles away from me), everything was done remotely, by phone and email. I am a retired IFA (of over 30 years), so I know what I am looking for, and I found the whole process to be transparent, honourable and compliant. “Having made an initial enquiry via the online form we were quickly called by James. He was friendly and very helpful and went through all the option we had. We had an offer in principal in days and used it to get an offer accepted on a new property in need of restoration. From the on we dealt with Phoebe who proved to exceptional in all matters. She guided us through the entire process, assisted with paperwork etc. She was our single point of contact throughout the entire time it took right to completion and handover. Phoebe has exceptional customer service skills which made everything run seamlessly. We have now gestation in recommending this company. If you need finance fora project you cannot in our opinion do better.”

“I contacted KIS needing a quick completion in order to purchase a property that was going to be re-marketed. They made the process very easy and very speedy. Responses to my emails were very quick, usually within a few hours. The solicitor they chose was equally as quick. Sam made the whole process stress free for me and was very clear about the documentation he required in order to progress my loan. He also chased the solicitor and kept me copied in to all emails which made for excellent communication.”
