“I contacted KIS for a bridging loan, and spoke to Phoebe. From the initial conversation, all the way to completion I was very impressed how efficient and knowledgeable they were regarding every aspect of my particular requirement. “I dealt with Sam O’Neil who was very helpful and efficient in arranging a bridging loan to pay off an expiring mortgage. Lots of logistical challenges with paperwork as I live outside the UK and was acting as PoA for my elderly father in the UK. “This is the third time I’ve used Sam O’Neill and I honestly wouldn’t use anyone else for bridging. He makes everything so simple and easy, knows the right people in the right places. He is also like a dog with a bone in terms of pushing things through for a timescale managing to get this purchase over the line for the stamp duty deadline saving thousands. This purchase ended up being really simple but in the past Sam has helped resolved issues with valuations and legal delays. Absolutely the best around - if your thinking of getting a bridging loan, give him a call!”
