“We wanted to buy a new house before selling our current one due to some essential work that needed to be carried out, that also needed us to move out of our property. There were also a few legal complexities involved and we actually believed that what we wanted to do was in fact impossible. Our financial advisor didn’t have any options for us and made some suggestions that would have been very difficult and costly to achieve. We therefore looked for ideas and advice elsewhere, eventually finding KIS Finance. A guy there called Jerry came up with an idea about how we could structure our finances to buy before we sold our current property and also how to sort out our legal issues. It was genius and solved our problems. Everything went through nice and smoothly, so we highly recommend KIS Finance who we found very easy to deal with. Always there, always answered our questions and really easy to get along with. Thank you”
