“Having made an initial enquiry via the online form we were quickly called by James. He was friendly and very helpful and went through all the option we had. We had an offer in principal in days and used it to get an offer accepted on a new property in need of restoration. From the on we dealt with Phoebe who proved to exceptional in all matters. She guided us through the entire process, assisted with paperwork etc. She was our single point of contact throughout the entire time it took right to completion and handover. Phoebe has exceptional customer service skills which made everything run seamlessly. We have now gestation in recommending this company. If you need finance fora project you cannot in our opinion do better.”

“I contacted KIS needing a quick completion in order to purchase a property that was going to be re-marketed. They made the process very easy and very speedy. Responses to my emails were very quick, usually within a few hours. The solicitor they chose was equally as quick. Sam made the whole process stress free for me and was very clear about the documentation he required in order to progress my loan. He also chased the solicitor and kept me copied in to all emails which made for excellent communication.”

“If you need bridging then I can't recommend KIS enough. My situation was far from straightforward. I had spoken to other brokers and everything seemed to be a drama or not what I needed. Then I spoke with Sam. Everything was straight forward, drama free. I am sure there was lots done Sam's end but he was making it seem effortless. Kept me informed, kept things on track to tight time lines. Always responded quickly and I felt I was in safe hands with a professional who knew what they were doing. This is by far the best broker I have worked with. Everything is explained in a way you understand. I felt he was genuinely finding the best for me. And compared to other broker fees kis came out top for me. Thank you, this has totally turned things around for me!”

“Through my businesses we have been arranging bridging loans and other types of finance with KIS for about 15 years now. We have done simple straight forward loans and many that have been complex. KIS are Simply a friendly family owned business, where everyone there has years of experience. When I want to speak to them I just pick up the phone whatever time it is or day of the week because they always answer. For service they really are excellent, nothing like it. I just hope that I retire before they do, as wouldn’t want to have to look for a replacement. Would happily recommend them to anyone.”

“To get the best deal I contacted about 6 different companies regarding bridging. KIS was my first call and they were open on a Sunday. The man who answered the phone was so helpful. He explained everything about bridging so well that it all made sense, and my whole project made more sense now. Something else that impressed me was that he was just so helpful, covered everything and was not at all about sales and getting me to have a bridging loan. Just there to genuinely help. I next spoke to Phoebe, who was just amazing throughout. She arranged a quote, which I received from her very quickly. I can’t remember how long it took exactly but it was quick. As I was really impressed by this company and felt really comfortable with them I nearly didn’t call anyone else. But I was determined to find the best deal so I contacted more companies and received more quotes. One of them quoted the same interest rate as I had from KIS and another quoted a rate just a bit higher. The rest were a lot higher. Overall KIS provided the best quote as the other charges were all cheaper, and this saving was quite significant, which will help me to make the project more worthwhile. I went back to Phoebe and she organised everything for me. She really did make and keep it all quite simple for me, so true to their name. I purchased the property within 2 or so weeks, it all went pretty much to plan. I really liked that no one at KIS was pushy. When Phoebe sent the quote she told me to call her if I needed the loan. It took me almost 2 weeks to get back to her, during which time no one from KIS called to chase me. Having contacted a lot of other bridging companies about this loan, would be nice if others copied this practice and didn’t constantly chase! Thank you for all your help, I will be calling you as soon as this project is finished and I am ready for the next one.”
