“My wife and I recently applied for a bridging loan with KIS Finance because our house sale had fallen through and we wanted to secure the property we were purchasing. This was a new process for us and one we did not initially plan on using. We made contact with KIS Finance and began working with Phoebe Griffits a loan advisor. From the get go it has been a pleasure to work with Phoebe. Not only was Phoebe very knowledgeable, professional and patient she also had an empathy and understanding of our situation that we really appreciated. Each step was clearly explained and if we had any questions, no matter how trivial Phoebe quickly responded with an answer. We felt very comfortable with the product and fully understood what we would have been signing up for. We did not have to use the bridging loan in the end because we managed to secure a buyer with cash that wanted to move quickly which was ideal. However we would have been happy to proceed if the circumstances were different. Overall I would say Phoebe made what was a difficult stressful time for us far easier to bear. We have worked with many different companies and people during the sale and purchase process and its a shame they did not all work to the same standards and levels of professionalism shown by Phoebe.”

“I had contacted 4 or 5 other bridging loan companies who were either not able to help or plain hopefless. Phoebe was a ray of sunshine - quick professional honest in her assessment and provided the offer within days. KIS are also one of the few that do not charge broker fees - they rerceive the commission from the lender as other brokers do but are not greedy. Phoebe continued to assist right up to ensuring completion toook place - so i cannot praise enough”

“KIS have been fantastic, Phoebe deserves special mention as she was amazing and a pleasure to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble, really smooth and easy process. This was our first experience requiring a bridging loan, so we had plenty of questions throughout, nothing was too much trouble to answer, and we were kept up to date throughout the whole process. We would have no hesitaton using KIS services again.”

“We had already spoken to a couple of companies that advertise bridging loans, and they just got our moving house stress levels even higher. Then we got to speak to Phoebe a KIS. Phoebe had such a can do attitude to us getting a bridging loan. All the things I was worried about (my age, 67, needing loan within 5 weeks, not yet had an offer on our house) were easily explained away, typically with "Nick, really that's no problem, we do it all the time". The whole process was explained, and everything including the survey was organised for us. Phoebe called just a couple of weeks later and said a confirmed offer was available. That now meant that whatever happened we could buy our new home. It is hard to explain how much stress that removed, but I can say that for the first time in a few weeks we managed to get some sleep and start thinking about "when" we move rather than "if" we move. We collected keys 8th of March 2024 Thank you KIS and thank you Phoebe. You help made our dream come true.”

“I spoke with several other companies when looking for a bridging loan to break the chain buying a new house. To my surprise, there was a lot of 'old school' sales tactics at play, not to mention commission structures that were totally opaque! KIS were honestly a breath of fresh air. I came to them quite late in the process, so I'd had plenty of expsoure to other bridging companies by then... Even their website had lots of good information on it. Phoebe was excellent from start to finish, providing clarity on what we would pay and when, liaising with the finance company, and even going above and beyond to held us change solicitors when circumstances dictated. Our loan came through on time, allowing us to move with as little stress as possible. I can't recommend KIS enough - they were terrific to deal with, honest and, for us, provided the cheapest deal by several thousand pounds, even when others said their deal was impossible! Thank you Phoebe and KIS.”

“KIS were amazing from start to finish! This was the first time that I was buying property at auction and using bridging finance, the prospect of all that was pretty daunting to me. However, Phoebe, from KIS, made the whole process so smooth and simple, it really was easy! Before contacting KIS I had received some other quotes for bridging loans, KIS beat them all by a considerable amount. They also put me in contact with some great conveyancers who specialised in purchases at auction. Phoebe managed the whole process in an efficient and professional manner. She was really diligent in making sure everything was moving along as fast as possible, making sure I was on top of document submissions and constantly chasing people on my behalf. Her hard work really took the stress out of the situation for me, I always knew what was required of me and exactly what the next steps were. I really can't recommend KIS enough, they were fantastic.”
