“To get the best deal I contacted about 6 different companies regarding bridging. KIS was my first call and they were open on a Sunday. The man who answered the phone was so helpful. He explained everything about bridging so well that it all made sense, and my whole project made more sense now. Something else that impressed me was that he was just so helpful, covered everything and was not at all about sales and getting me to have a bridging loan. Just there to genuinely help. I next spoke to Phoebe, who was just amazing throughout. She arranged a quote, which I received from her very quickly. I can’t remember how long it took exactly but it was quick. As I was really impressed by this company and felt really comfortable with them I nearly didn’t call anyone else. But I was determined to find the best deal so I contacted more companies and received more quotes. One of them quoted the same interest rate as I had from KIS and another quoted a rate just a bit higher. The rest were a lot higher. Overall KIS provided the best quote as the other charges were all cheaper, and this saving was quite significant, which will help me to make the project more worthwhile. I went back to Phoebe and she organised everything for me. She really did make and keep it all quite simple for me, so true to their name. I purchased the property within 2 or so weeks, it all went pretty much to plan. I really liked that no one at KIS was pushy. When Phoebe sent the quote she told me to call her if I needed the loan. It took me almost 2 weeks to get back to her, during which time no one from KIS called to chase me. Having contacted a lot of other bridging companies about this loan, would be nice if others copied this practice and didn’t constantly chase! Thank you for all your help, I will be calling you as soon as this project is finished and I am ready for the next one.”

“When I saw the website testimonials I must be honest I was skeptical. But KIS Bridging Loans' Sam and his colleagues made me securing finance to build a house in my garden really easy. They also happen to be the cheapest, but it is not the reason I chose them. They were on the phone right away and did what they said they were going to. Other well branded companies were not as efficient. There were never any long conversations and if I am being totally honest, not only was it relatively straightforward, but I will say it was almost pleasant! It has actually been an enjoyable straightforward experience. Sam has been one of my building team and like any good team member has made it easier not harder. I can honestly recommend them for all the above.”

Lots of logistical challenges with paperwork as I live outside the UK and was acting as PoA for my elderly father in the UK.
