“Sam was excellent, helped me through each stage and explaining what was required. He was also very good at ensuring solicitors acted promptly. I was very grateful for his support throughout. The reason I did not give 5 stars is because he was not always available to talk with on the phone, and others who answered the phone were unable to help, so I had to call back or leave a message.”

Hello, thank you for your kind review about Sam, he is one of the most experienced bridging advisers and very well thought of throughout the industry, we are lucky to have him with us. As a company we note and fully understand your comment about not always being able to get hold of Sam by phone, and others who answered not being able to help. Generally, we find bridging loan applications go through much more quickly and smoothly if one adviser deals with it throughout. Our 4 bridging advisers each have areas of speciality, so each case is dealt with by our most suitable adviser. Advisers spend many hours each day on the phone, so although, if already engaged, they may not answer every call they have personally, one of the other 3 bridging advisers will answer instead. They will usually arrange for your adviser to call you back as soon as they are available. This is usually quite quickly, plus it is better to speak to the adviser who knows your case thoroughly. Since we are open from 8am to 10pm 7 days a week, advisers are not always available. When this happens the adviser who has answered the phone will look at your file and assist you

“They seemed pretty determined and sure that they could help me and did. This was the reason I chose them. I was pretty new to this world and knew I may have trouble raising money without much history behind me. KIS sorted it as promised. They also supported me whenever anyone messed me about(solictors) and found me a new one. Fee pretty high but then to be expected as I was a bit of a risk. Reading the small print showed that everything wasn't exactly as agreed with KIS as far as the lender was concerned but overall not far off. Just make sure you read everything yourself. Don't rely on anyone. That's not a KIS criticism just a general point that they can't be expected to read all the lenders small print so make sure you do. I would have liked a bit more explanation of the process and as it progressed but i guess they are used to dealing with borrowers that are more familiar with the process. Also development loan versus bridging finance. One takes a lot longer than the other to arrange. I wasn't expecting this. Overall a good experience but you need to be on your toes when lending money.”

“KIS finance brought alot of options to the table and were always available in case of any queries. They have a broadbase of lenders and negotiate a good deal. We would happily deal with them in the future. Alan and Jerry were very helpful in their one-one dealing.”
