“We needed a bridging loan to complete a house purchase when our sale fell through at the last minute. You are able to contact KIS Finance at any time. We contacted them on a Sunday morning. Alan sourced a lender and completed the application forms over the phone before e-mailing them to us for signature on that same day. There are set up fees etc with all bridging finance. We found the fees chargeable and the interest rate charged lower than anywhere else. If we were ever in a similar situation we would go straightaway to KIS without looking eleswhere and if you are reading this we suggest you so likewise.”
