“Extremely satisfied with the speedy transaction, friendly service and ease involved in securing a bridging loan for 225,000.00 I needed a short term loan to finance the final stages of a building programme involving three properties. Mr Andrews was very professional, his advice was sound and in line with my requirements. He was on hand whatever time of the day I needed to approach him with any questions, and he was readily available to deal with any matters on my behalf where necessary. My initial quote arrived via email within minutes and the whole process was complete within about 6 weeks. I would most confidently recommend KIS to anybody who may need construction finance. I was made to feel very comfortable from the start and the friendly nature of Mr Andrews is genuinely heartfelt as he really shows a high degree of interest in your circumstances and personal feelings. My sincere thanks to the whole team at KIS.”

“Having searched the web for information about bridging loans I realized that the options are limitless and I needed expert help. After some research I called KIS and straightaway was very impressed by the informal, friendly but very professional approach and with the product knowledge Alan possessed. “We needed a bridging loan to complete a house purchase when our sale fell through at the last minute. You are able to contact KIS Finance at any time. We contacted them on a Sunday morning. Alan sourced a lender and completed the application forms over the phone before e-mailing them to us for signature on that same day. There are set up fees etc with all bridging finance. We found the fees chargeable and the interest rate charged lower than anywhere else. If we were ever in a similar situation we would go straightaway to KIS without looking eleswhere and if you are reading this we suggest you so likewise.”
