Alan and the guys are easy to talk to when evaluating the viability of a project. We mainly deal with Alan who seems very knowledgable about what would be the most suitable products/lenders for our situation. We will continue to use KIS moving forward as the products, fees and rates are at least as good as others we have spoken too and often better.
