“I am really impressed with KIS and the service that they provided me. I spoke to a few brokers and from the start KIS clearly knew what to do and were talking figures that made sense. I had to raise finance to purchase a couple of commercial properties with residential flats above in London. They were being purchased at a discounted price from their true value, plus they all need work. KIS organised the finance to complete the purchase and release further funds to carry out the work. Really happy with all the work that they did for me, without them I am sure that my deal wouldn’t have happened. Can’t recommend them enough to anyone looking for commercial finance.”

“I did quite a bit of research on bridging companies before I chose KIS and found them to be very competitively priced. The bridging loan allowed for a complicated move from England to Scotland with the sale two houses (my Mother's and mine) happening at the same time. Jerry was most helpful throughout the process and made me feel valued, like I was his only customer. He always answers the phone quickly, responds quickly to emails and even helped over the phone with the form filling. I know he must be a very busy man but he was always very patient and I never felt rushed or like I was being a nuisance asking lots of questions. Thank you to KIS and in particular, Jerry as we are now living in our dream house and all very happy and settled.”

No pressure from the advisor, gave helpful advise and broke the deals down in a way they could be easily understood. We are very happy with our package and would recommend to anyone. “We really put the company under serious pressure. I expect this is the quickest delivery of a bridging loan from start to finish. Friday at 16:30 we found out that our buyer had pulled out because of “political uncertainty” What a load of **** that is. We contacted hundreds of companies and eventually found KIS thank god we did. We had a call back on the Saturday and sent all paperwork off to them. Monday they were on it to get a valuation, booked in for Wednesday. I pleaded no good and eventually had the valuation company come out on the Monday evening with a promis to write up the report Tuesday morning. Everything happened on a Tuesday. Then we had to wait for the underwriters, which phoned Thursday morning. A horrible two days of waiting. The underwriters were great and processed immediately. Payment was in our account on the Friday. In reality 5 working days. FANTASTIC!!!!!! All I can say is what a fantastic company and all involved. Valuation Company, underwriters and of course the team at KIS. Thank you so much for helping us out of a dire situation. I would highly recommend this company and it’s team.”
