“I really cant recommend these people highly enough. Ours was a difficult mortgage to arrange due to complications with the property,even two lots of solicitors threw in the towel believing it to be impossible,but Lyndsey our given advisor stayed with us to the end. Negotiating, advising, investigating every possibility and above all else supporting us through a very difficult time giving us the strength to carry on in spite of my having had a heart attack half way through the proceedings. “We approached KIS for a bridging facility earlier this year to enable us to complete a house purchase prior to the settlement of probate. The application was dealt with speedily and efficiently with the minimum of fuss. Completion of the property was delayed due to other circumstances and in the event the bridging facility was not required. Throughout the whole process however KIS were professional and supportive and I would have no hesitation in approaching them in the future if necessary - I would also recommend their services to any prospective applicants.”

“Once upon a time - people used to access all their car and home insurance products through brokers. Then they discovered that they could deal directly with the provider companies themselves - via the internet. Later still, Meerkats and various others started up comparison sites for the consumers to cross-check what was on offer from different sources. For better or worse, this will never happen in the area of Bridging Finance and the reason is that the loan products involved are so complicated and varied that they cannot be reduced to a direct-access, public website. In this area, it takes an experienced specialist to navigate not only the initial choices but also the application process and most importantly of all, to bring the chosen application across the finishing line in a situation where time is often of the essence. Late last year, I surveyed a number of the larger broker companies regarding my need for bridging finance in a complicated situation which involved three different properties. Unfortunately, despite many impressive storefront web sites, I could often sense the potential for later communication problems: sadly too common when dealing with the organisations of Big Law and Big Finance, which are often spread out across call centres, different departments and multiple offices. I can only say that the customer experience with my eventual choice of KIS Loans has been 11/10 from the outset. Jerry Mathews managed my entire application from the first phone call through to final completion. Every call and every email was replied to promptly; if not immediately then within a couple of hours. It was very obvious from the outset that the person that I was dealing with had an in depth knowledge of the products available and the way in which they could be adapted to individual circumstances. It was also very apparent that this competence was based on years of practical experience and that exactly the same could be said of his colleague, Lyndsey Fellows, who advised me in the Buy to Let Area. Both were prompt, efficient, unfailingly courteous and with outstanding professional skills. Most importantly, they were able to save me, the client, significant amounts of time and money, often through their personal contacts within the industry. Having had previous experience of property transactions grinding to a virtual halt in the legal phase, I was particularly impressed with the way that Jerry maintained constant liaison between myself, the lender and the conveyancer in the final stages. Having dealt with a number of big legal and financial organisations in the past, I can honestly say that this small, user- friendly company has outperformed them all in the key areas of customer service, professional competence and the delivery of results.”
