“I needed a bridging loan for my Mum to purchase a property to enable her to downsize and move closer to me and my sisters as her health is in decline, I spoke with Alan who talked me through the process and then was passed to Lyndsey. At the last minute, we decided not to purchase the property (nothing to do with KIS) so we didn't follow the process through to completion, however, if I ever needed a bridging loan I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend to any of my family and friends.”

“I needed a bridging loan and went through 5 brokers who all failed before I found Lyndsey at KIS Finance. My case was tricky, I needed 800k and my situation was complicated. I had been in some financial trouble caused by lockdowns, and my property had questions about previous commercial use. Lyndsey hunted around and found a lender who was ok with my situation. Fantastic. She also arranged a second loan to help towards repaying the bridging. That too was difficult and Lyndsey had to try with several lenders. I had loads of email correspondence with Lyndsey and she replied the same day, and usually within half an hour. Brilliant communication. She kept me informed and kept her eye on the ball all the way through.”

“James was extremely helpful from start to finish, we had a slight issue with partner not being employed for a continuous year and had only been in work for just over a month with current employer. This led to the computer saying no with the lender. Normally this would of meant starting whole process from scratch waiting months. James explained the situation to the lender and within matter of couple of days all was resolved and money sorted. Would recommend them as very helpful and explained things on daily basis when things went well or hiccups occurred. Excellent from start to finish and would certainly use them again should the need arise”

“We had a very short window of opportunity to purchase our new home so it was vitally important to get our finance in place while making sure we got the most competitive product available. “My wife and I, and my son, have used KIS as brokers for several mortgages over the last 5 years to pivot and rearrange our family property portfolio and facilitate our move into a wonderful home with a beautiful sea view. Things didn't always go according to plan on this journey with the property market being particularly volatile over the last 2 years, with some transactions falling through due to factors outside of our or KIS's control, however, KIS staff were continually positive, patient and helpful in re-arranging new lending facilities quickly and efficiently as our targets changed. KIS's service is fantastic, they are very friendly and communicative and deal with inquiries and follow-ups quickly and effectively. My son has used several brokers in the past but since finding KIS he has used them exclusively for the last 8 years and we can see why. “We wanted to buy a new house before selling our current one due to some essential work that needed to be carried out, that also needed us to move out of our property. There were also a few legal complexities involved and we actually believed that what we wanted to do was in fact impossible. Our financial advisor didn’t have any options for us and made some suggestions that would have been very difficult and costly to achieve. We therefore looked for ideas and advice elsewhere, eventually finding KIS Finance. A guy there called Jerry came up with an idea about how we could structure our finances to buy before we sold our current property and also how to sort out our legal issues.
