“James O’Reilly provided a extremely professional and efficient service which exceeded my expectations. “Phoebe did an amazing job as we were about to lose our dream home due to a collapsing property chain. She arranged a bridging loan when other brokers had said it was not possible in our situation and negotiated a 50% reduction to our lenders arrangement fees which saved us a huge amount of money. Phoebe was always on hand to explain and help navigate the complexities of bridging finance and was always pro active in pushing our case forward. I would recommend KIS and Phoebe to anyone in our situation as the service and outcome was exceptional from start to finish.”
