“I found this company online when looking for a Bridging Loan Calculator, their site is easy to use and gives you an idea of cost. As I had not done this before I decided to read some reviews. As most of the reviews mentioned Phoebe I decided to give her a call and am so glad I did, her professionalisum and willingness to help was exemplary, no pushy sales to take the loan, just a willingness to do the right thing. She gave figures and explained them to me in detail and reccomends depending on your needs. It turned out that I didn't need the loan in the end as I managed to get a buyer for my house prior, but I would not hesitate to use Phoebe and KIS again. Definitely reccomend.”

“Phoebe did an amazing job as we were about to lose our dream home due to a collapsing property chain. She arranged a bridging loan when other brokers had said it was not possible in our situation and negotiated a 50% reduction to our lenders arrangement fees which saved us a huge amount of money.
