“The Shipping was fast, The Product was good. Out of the package it needed to be pressed as some of the pleats were crimped, and the front was very wrinkled. It was slightly larger than expected but only by about an inch. I am happy with the product.”

“Very speedy in delivery and the item was what I ordered. A couple of minor marks on the kilt, but for the price I paid it was excellent value for money!”

“Order was a breamar jacket and kilt. Sizing is good, materials are good, nice fit, nice feel. The order appears to have been filled from stock, because there was just one day between placing the order and it arriving in on my doorstep in The Netherlands. Even so, very impressive delivery time for a standard delivery. A lesser point is the packaging. A previous order (argyle jacket) arrived very neatly packaged in a suit carrier. The breamar jacket and kilt arrived just wrapped in cardboard and got crumpled in transit. They needed dry cleaning (and subsequent ironing). Which was a pity and somewhat inconvenient. Maybe you can revert to using a simple plastic suit carrier for packaging?”

“The order was processed quickly but we picked up from warehouse. When we got the shoes home they were different sizes. It was a bit of a hassle to have to go back and arrange to pick up another pair. Apart from that we were very happy”

“The company were efficient with the order I placed with them. The kilt belt I bought left an awful lot to be desired. The quality was absolute rubbish. I could have bought a better quality belt from some other suppliers for half the price.”

“The kilt pin I ordered was as advertised and arrived in good time. I was kept informed of order progress. I would've liked a presentation box for pin as was a special gift but didn't see option to add that at checkout.”

“Only a minor problem in that I asked for 3 small buttons but received 2 small and 1 large, but that's fine as I could do with a spare for the jacket and only need one to replace a lost one on the waistcoat. Very helpful online chat before placing order”

“I ordered a full Prince Charlie outfit, which arrived with a very long delay. The explanation was that the bow tie had to be specially ordered, as it was made of a specific tartan. Once received, it turned out that the size (46 R) was too small. Very tight on the shoulders and chest and the sleeves too short. All my jackets and suits for the past 15 years have been 46R. The shirt’s sleeves were also too short, although the shirt fits well around the shoulders, neck and chest. However, the vest, also size 46R, fits well. I had the jacket and vest returned to KS, and ordered a jacket and vest size 48R. Perfect fit for the jacket, a bit too large for the vest. But they will do. A refund for the returned goods was received on the same day as the replacement jacket and vest arrived. Overall: Excellent quality materials, especially the kilt. Excellent customer care provided by the online support. Very reliable shipping, and although I live abroad, it was handled efficiently and with no delays. The experience with the very small/short jacket and the rather short sleeves on the shirt is something to consider. Providing precise measurements of sleeve length, chest and shoulder width might be useful. Thank to Kilt Society, and congratulation for your excellent customer care staff. “I placed an order for delivery to Vietnam, and when it arrived I found out there were 2 left shoes. When I contacted Kilt Society, they replied immediately and I had a new pair of shoes within the week and at no extra cost.”

“I was thrilled when i recieved my first Sporran. I may have to order also somes hoses in the future because i am having trouble to find them locally on sale. From where i live (Madeira Island), it is not common at all the kilt, except one or other tourists during formal event. I have no ancestral relation with Scotland but i always wanted to have a kilt and i am very fond on British and Scottish culture. Many thanks.”
