“Received the final item of all the things I ordered from buyakilt.com Disapoint with some things that occured with my orders. First, I sent an email question regarding the hose color and did not get a reply The other issue is the deep color of the green tie.”

“I bought Budget Brogues as a present, after reading the description of all leather. However, on the box it states by its logo the lining is made of "other materials" Not what I would expect for Mens shoes !!!”

“I have bought a number of scarves from you for friends and ex colleagues who used to work for British Caledonian Airlines. The last one I ordered arrived in very good time .... the cardboard attached to the scarf was however crushed but I think that was down to the postman forcing it through the letterbox. Great scarves, great quality and great service. Not so great Post person!!”

“I ordered a belt and belt buckle, I can not comment on the post as I live abroad but I expected to receive both items in the same package. The buckle arrived a week ago and I am still waiting for the belt. Also the website said I would receive an email telling me my items had been despatched, this did not happen in my case. Saying this I am still very pleased with the buckle and will/have used buyakilt.com again.”

“Hi Buyakilt. Thank you for great service. I Just have one issue. I have just bought the Gunn Modern 8 Yard Budget Kilt and the pictures did not match actuall kilt colour at all. Luckely i like the actual colour on the kilt better;0) Have a great day.”

“The website was easy to use. I was able to find everything I needed, the photographs were a great help. Placing the ord was reasonably easy once I worked out that all options for size & colour had to be completed. Payment was straightforward. Delivery by post was fast. Well done”

“I really enjoyed working with this company and buying my Kilt. They were very easy to do business with and their Customer Service response was kind and efficient. I Found the Kilt to be a Really great quality, it is well made with Handsome pleats and buckles. If I was asked about any down side - I would say that the color of the Tartan appeared on the Website to be more Muted than the Kilt I received. Where some of the Yellow/Blue weaves appeared more Subtle in the Pictures, they were quite bright on the Kilt I received. Other than that- Great Business to work with and a Great product”

“Quick deliver, and nice good - the shirt and socks look great. Unfortunately you didn't have a kilt left in my boy's size and I had to buy it (too cheap!) elsewhere, and I wasn't so impressed with that. Hoping to see age 3-4 kilts in black watching back in store by next summer when we have another wedding to go to!”

“Product that arrived exceeded my expectations on all fronts. It was well packaged and arrived in the US without damage or any travel wear. The only thing that kept me from giving it a Very Good was that I was charged at the time of purchase, received one email of an order confirmation and then absolutely nothing until it arrived on my door step. I would however, order from them again due to the high quality!”

Our normal process is to send an initial email to confirm your order and a second to let you know when your item has been dispatched.
