“first time used this company,generally happy with service and quality of product for unbelievable price,but unfortunately i will have to return, i ordered a size 16 neck shirt which is my size but the body of the shirt is away out of proportion to neck,and is massively to large. i cant take a smaller neck size.”

Hi Allen, Thanks very much for taking the tie to leave us a review. I am sorry to hear there is a problem with the sizing of the shirt. They are sized purely by collar size so we have also found the body of the shirt to be made quite large, We found this to work quite nicely when worn with full kilt outfit as the outfit is really heavy, so a looser fitting shirt is more comfortable, If you would rather exchange or refund this will be no problem at all ~ Sam

“No complaints about the kilt...wel it needs a lot of ironing.it was really wrinkled. Very fast delivery and what I really appreciated was your interest about the changes on siezing the kilts.”

“The sporran was purchased by my wife as a present. There is nothing wrong with the item, it is of excellent quality BUT the metalwork finish does not match my other accessories. I called and spoke to buyakilt .com to ask if it could be exchanged. I was told I would receive an e-mail with instruction but this has not happened, very disappointing.”

“the only thing that kept it from getting 5 stars is the snap yo close the flap. It is rather hard to find and get it to snap correctly. A magnetic snap commonly found on purses might be a better solution. Other than that I am totally satisfied with it”

I have mentioned to the guys in the office what you said about the snap, and they seem to find it tricky to close their sporrans too! “Communication, delivery and quality of kilt excellent. The only downside is I ordered a 32" waist which could accommodate increase to 34" [allows for future expansion!!]. However it is a 32" with about half an inch allowance! Need to watch the diet and beer intake!”

Hi Jim, Its great to hear from you! I am sorry to hear that there is not as much room in the kilt as you would like! Normally we do find that our kilts have a little more room for adjustment! “Really happy, although I'm pretty sure I need to take an inch off! Kilt an inch too big and Jacket feels tight. All good quality but might need to readjust.”

Our Express delivery is normally next day and is delivered in a prearranged 1 hour window, however when delivery details are changed with the courier company, it can alter the delivery time. I am so pleased to hear you are happy with the high quality of the kilt and I am glad you appreciate the refund of the shipping cost. We do hold a lot of our products in stock so we are able to dispatch in one working day, but the items you selected are custom made to order and take a little longer to get out. We try to speed things up by sending items separately, but it looks as though we were not as quick as you would have hoped this time. “I have only one point to make re postage I ordered two items viz a buckle and a belt ordered at the same time but were dispatched at the the same time both arrived together and I was charged postage on each item !”

“A quality item, traditional and classic. This scarf is not as soft as some of the fashion items in tartan currently available, but personally I prefer it that way. Dispatched quickly.”

“Sadly had problems with sizing my daughter very slim size 10 has had to go up two skirt sizes to fit nicely across hips and tops of leg.Appreciate measurements in inches for waist but if not enough material to go round without pulling as company say sizing a bit on small size ! this should be mentioned in information details”
