“They sent you emails telling you what the status of your order was such as, "your fabric order has been sent to the mill" or "your kilt is on its way over the seas". I always had an idea of where my order was in the production line.”

“Sporran received OK and the quality is nice and simple, but I recommend change the method of closing the flap to the pouch. The draw string from the pouch through the front of the flap is counterproductive--ie. the more ones tries to open the flap the more the draw string closes/tightens the pouch! I have modified by removing the draw string from the flap and simply knotting it through the front of the pouch. Then I fitted a magnetic catch to hold the flap to the pouch.”

“Shipping was incredibly fast. Amazing! I ordered on Friday, end of day. It was shipped first thing on Monday and I received it on Wednesday - in Denver, CO. The quality of the 8-yd kilt is amazing. Nicest kilt I've purchased so far - amazing price - just under $75 with shipping. Only thing is I ordered a 34-36" waist since I actually measure 34" and every kilt I have is 34", and this was massive. It barely fits on the tightest belt holes and feels like the front apron wraps almost two-thirds around me. It fits... but too much fabric. Next time I order a kilt - and I will - I'll order the 30-32". Perhaps the custom kilts fit right on, but the stock kilts appear to be on the larger end of the size spectrum. Nevertheless, it's a great kilt and will be looking for a kilt tailor to shorten it up a bit in both directions.”

Hi Alfredo, Thanks for your review. So pleased it made it to you quickly. What a shame on the kilt's fit. Our essentials kilts do size up rather than down so is 34" on the smallest setting. a 30/32 will size up. Do use our US returns address to get this back to us and we can refund allowing you to buy another.
