“The order came quickly. Unfortunately it was faulty. The problem was dealt with easily with a downloadable prepaid label for returning the item. A replacement arrived quickly.”

“The Kilt Society provide excellent customer service - the original kilts I ordered turned out to be too big so I returned and asked for an exchange to a smaller size. The Kilt Society replied quickly to emails, the returns/exchange process was very straight forward and the replacement kilts were dispatched within 24 hours. The smaller size fitted perfectly and the kilts themselves are good quality and excellent value for money.”

“Ordered kilt Tuesday, arrived Friday. One slight problem in that some of the pleats were kinked (probably caused by the box being stored upright during transit). Nothing a press couldn't put right, though. Very happy with the kilt - a good weight, well made, plenty of adjustment on the waist (I might have got away with a smaller size) and the 24-inch drop works fine for me at 5'9".”

Hey there, Thanks for your message. Our box works really well when laid flat, I'll pass this onto the team re the box being upright, it may be a simple direction we can add to the box. Thanks for the feedback. The kilt can be steamed or pressed to get it back into a great shape. If you need to swap down a size, do check out our returns page as we'll be happy to do this.
