“100% cotton is great except when it comes to ironing it! Staff a the shop were beyond wonderful.”

Hi Patricia, Thanks so much for popping by our office and warehouse to collect your order! We are so pleased that you are happy with the Ghillie shirt, cotton is lovely but it can be a pain to iron. I would recommend using the stem setting on your iron and just make sure you iron it inside out to protect the finish. ~ Sam

“I bought this for wearing to football matches as I don't want to risk wearing a £500 kilt there. Delivery was very quick and the kilt fits well. I needed to iron it as it got a bit crumpled in transit but it ironed easily and looks very good. I think I could also wear this kilt instead of my woollen kilt for formal occasions too as it looks and feels like a more expensive kilt, with a decent volume of pleats at the back so it hangs and swings well.”

“Very good service. I received the Bronze Prince Charlie Kilt Outfit and everything fits perfectly. Good quality and looks great. The only slight downfall is that the tartan I selected on your web page Scottish Heritage Modern, looks blue in the picture but actually has more green in it. Unfortunate but it will have too do! Be careful when choosing the tartan. Kev”

“Hello, i just bought a kilt, a kilt vest and a belt whit beltbucle. Everything was just great, but the schotish sises are a little bit od. my vest are a 2xl, and its a little tight, i usely use xl. The belt are L, and it goes around me 1.5 times. but no hassel i love the products”

“The order took a week or so to be put together but once it was sent it arrived in NZ within a week - 14 days all together, so pretty good service. The kilt looks to be good quality, hangs and feels great, but about an inch too short - there is a bit of a hem so I should be able to adjust it. No complaints considering the price.”

“It would have been nice to know that the "Budget Safety Sgian Dubh" I ordered as part of my package was in fact a single piece of plastic and pewter, and not an actual knife, but I didn't plan on stabbing anyone with it anyway and it looks fine when it's in my sock. Other than that I was extremely happy with my purchase.”

Hi John, Its lovely to hear you are pleased with your kilt! They really are lovely and heavy and they sit so well, we are really proud of them :) Its a shame though that it is a little on the large side for you, all the kilts are fitted with rather long leather straps that size up by around 4" inches, so perhaps the size down would be a better fit for you. Its the 34"-36" but it does expand up to 38". If you still have the tags attached and the original packaging we would be happy to exchange this for you to try :) ~ Sam

“Very helpful staff who gave good advice on shirt size. The shirt arrived quickly but there was an obvious flaw in the weave of the fabric at the front. I returned the shirt and a full refund was quickly obtained. Meantime I purchased an identical replacement which arrived free of any damage. However, the shirt had numerous thread tails which my lovely wife removed one by one. In summary, the staff are excellent, but the finishing and inspection of the product needs to be improved.”
