“Good quick service, clear website except for one little niggle - there was no explanation on the checkout page of the different levels of delivery service for the different cost of each.”

“Everything was done really well. However, my son John (the order sent to Chicago) did not get the right size shoe. He needs a 12 wide if that is possible. Please instruct us on what to do to correct this. Otherwise all is beautiful. Thank you. Annabel Haskett”

“The quality of the kilt and the speed with which it arrived were amazing. My only problem was the first kilt I purchased was too large so I had to send it back. The company suggested purchasing a new one then sending the other one back for a refund. It worked great but It cost me $87 U.S. In shipping cost. I was not refunded the first cost of shipping once the item was returned. I had to pay shipping to get it to me and get it back to the company for the kilt that was too large. The shipping cost me more than the kilt did. Not very beneficial if you live outside the UK.”

At this time we're unable to offer free international exchanges so we try our best to get the order right first time without the need to exchange. “i received my braces but was disappointed that they did not correspond to the same tartan design of my troos nor my kilt, but as they will be under my jacket, i will just put up with them, thank you. your girl at the end of the phone was very nice and helpful when making order.”

“Good quality heavy kilt pin purchased. Colour not quite as advertised though (so this could be changed on site) Had paid for a gift box and it didn't arrive with item. Is now on it's way though.”
