It was saying, there's lots of saving on tickets, which is not. And ask me to give just £1. But no a single pany i save. So cancel the subscription, but suddenly looking in bank st. It was takin last four months £2.99. What a **** leach.

Link for canceling subscription doesn't link to a page for canceling your subscription. Having spent 1/2 hr, I can't actually find a way to cancel

I am still being charged monthly for a membership i cancel each month! Absolutely shocking, everytime i cancelled my account would should as active again by the next month! Avoid!

You make it very difficult to cancel and consistently take a direct debit. They continue charging every month despite cancelling . AVOID

I can't give 0 stars?! Not only was I sent tickets for the wrong zoo - instead of Dartmoor zoo I was sent tickets for Five Sisters Zoo in Scotland. But to make matters worse even if we decided to go with fate and make the 8hour 55min drive up to Scotland from Cornwall to a zoo we've never heard of - we'd not be allowed in as the expiry date on the sent tickets was 1st Feb 2021 so 8 months expired?! The phone number on the website is pointless as the office is apparently still closed for COVID (alternative temporary number for emergencies?!) and I've had no reply to my emails despite it being an urgent matter getting replacement and valid tickets. It turns out replies to their admin email don't get seen though this is not stated anywhere in the email like other companies. Eventually they got back to me offering replacement tickets (after the date!) or a refund. They did however refuse to refund one month's membership as a sign of good faith and I also had to pay to return the out of date tickets leaving me out of pocket despite their double error - hardly fair!

I cancelled the membership it only showed cancelled. I did not receive a confirmation email or a reference number. This is Kids pass trick of games where they scam their customers. They are still charging me every month despite cancellation. Very disappointed.

Draws you in with all the big names & logos on the picture but doesn't show you what is actually available near you unless you sign up for the £1 trail, you sign up & discover everything is literally miles away, nothing local & most of those big fancy names aren't even included in any of their deals. Oh & don't get me started on the cancellation procedure, looks & seems dead simple but ho boy... I emailed 5 days into my trail (Aug 25th) stating my desire to cancel, as all the offers where no where near where I lived. I recieved an email with a link, I clicked it, went to the subscription tab & selected cancel on the page. Then thought hey bobs your uncle done & dusted. Deleted the app. Fast forward a bit, I continue to get emails, I started to ping queries back about why I was still getting them after cancelling my sub, no response. Then I notice a deduction from my bank. They have since taken 2 payments from bank despite me informing them of my wish to cancel & following the link & instructions they provided. I managed to access gain to account today to find it still active despite clicking the cancel button 2mths ago... Oh their phone lined are closed, I have sent off another email asking essentially WTH? But I decided to just bypass them & go straight to my bank as I have communications showing them I clearly stated my desire to cancel which was subsequently ignored or not actioned correctly. I have now opened a dispute with my bank to recover the charges. I have my original email stating my wish & intent to cancel & 1 querying about receiving continued emails (unanswered). Whatever you do, don't bother signing up it's a complete waste of time, I found better offers on rival sites. Plus they continue to take your money even after you cancel your sub... Scamming money grabbers!!!!!!

This company has no concept of good customer service. Cancelled the subscription prior to the end of the one month trial. Believing it was cancelled, I was charged £2.99 around 3 weeks later. I went back into the account and the subscription was still live so I re-cancelled it. To make sure it was cancelled, I checked and again it just looped back to the subscription active page. I did it a third time but chose a different reason for leaving and the cancellation went through. Website clearly has an issue which I reported to Kidspass and explained. They imparted the blame onto me and refused to refund my £2.99. This was after a string of emails. I would go so far as to say, they are blatantly conning customers out of additional month subs by the inadequate and inconsistent online cancellation process purely on the basis that they not once offered to look into it!

The worst! They have no idea what they are doing. At first, I think they had a good concept, so I joined as a teacher, however, they have fallen apart completely. They are only sales-driven, and offer zero support. I would in no way be exaggerating to say that over the last several months, I have attempted a grand total of nearly 40 times to solicit a response from them. They do not answer, never reply. They ignore you. I have not been paid, and they don't care. Be very wary!

On their website they explicitly offer a 25% discount for Flambards in Cornwall. In actual fact, the only discount they offer is the same as that on Flambards' own site, a small reduction if you book online. Flambards add a booking fee (direct and if you book through Kids Pass) to recoup part of that discount. I'm not sure how one would characterise this legally. Misrepresentation? Lying, perhaps?

***DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY - The service provided by this company are poor and expensive - the company are unforgiving when you make contact and good luck if you are wanting to cancel your account - they don’t cancel it and they charge you year after year*** a truly horrible company

DON’T USE. I took an offer out through Groupon for a month and they took out money from my account within 3 weeks. They are refusing to refund and now saying I took out a 14 day trial.

Don't use this app. I have tried to cancel my membership 3 times now. Recently £40 was taken from my account but they said they ont refund as a cancellation reference did not go through their side

Although kids pass are quick at reply they have no intention of actually helping or doing anything about an issue. I constantly cancelled my membership to discover it was still active and charging £2.99 a month. Despite many email clearly showing evidence of this they still didn't help. They just said, your account is closed but then another £2.99 would go to them!! Absolutely infuriating company to deal with. Will NEVER use again or recommend. Totally shocking, complete fraudsters.

A complete waste of money, no savings that you can't get through Groupon or wowcher for free. No discounts or savings ever in my area or location. A complete and utter scam, trying to cancel my membership so it doesn't automatically renew, I have only had the membership a few weeks, wish I did the 30 day trial for £1 instead of paying for the whole year

I’ve email them to cancel my Subscription before the due date but still they deducted 25£ in my bank, take note you don’t use the kidpass last year due to COVID-19, they should be decent not to take any money to the customer

Had this pass once. Saved absolutely no money at all as the offers included in the pass you could get elsewhere for free (if you googled it). My advice is to google the venue concerned and see if there are any offers, don’t waste your money on this garbage.

I made the mistake of trying this company. Only to be stung for the £25 membership fee with no warning right in the middle of the pandemic when everything is was closed. After several emails to cancel, they still refused I sucked it up and cancelled via the app as instructed and then deleted the app. Yet again, despite doing as they said and not even using it for over 18 months they’ve taken another £25! Nightmare to get rid of! And I’ve never saved anywhere near enough to warrant wasting £50! Please beware. There are better deals out there and more honest companies to give your money to.
