On their website they explicitly offer a 25% discount for Flambards in Cornwall. In actual fact, the only discount they offer is the same as that on Flambards' own site, a small reduction if you book online. Flambards add a booking fee (direct and if you book through Kids Pass) to recoup part of that discount.
I'm not sure how one would characterise this legally. Misrepresentation? Lying, perhaps?
