Hi, You ordered plain vests not printed ones, as part of an order of litter picking sets which do not include printing. Printing can be applied the vests if you inform us of that in advance so we can invoice and charge the extra cost for the printing seperately. The text box on the checkout page states that 'if' you have ordered printed vests you can type in your printing information. We don't check the order notes unless printed vests have been ordered, sorry.

“Paid for next day delivery, order did not arrive. Emailed customer services to query the status of my order to be advised that next day delivery is not available to my area. This is not stated anywhere on the website or during the ordering or payment processes. Had I been aware of this I would have paid £1.79 for royal mail first class delivery rather than £7.99 for a service that was not available to me. I did respond to customer services stating this, but received no reply.”
