I ordered 2 M5 smart watches. One doesn't connect to the app and the second connects and tells the time and counts steps haphazardly. None of the other features work accuratedly and the app is a a let down. I would not recommend.

I’ve received an email to say my order has been dispatched, I paid £4.99 first class delivery and despite your website stating it’s not next day delivery, I still haven’t received my order so far . There’s no tracking to see where it is, and it’s been a number of days for both first class and second class delivery time frame. Even I sent E-mail and call them but nobody answer.

Hi, your parcel was delivered on the 19th December according to the Royal Mail tracking. Apologies for any delay, Royal Mail have been suffering from delays due to the busy Christmas period. Many thanks for ordering with us.

I ordered the vest 7 days ago and paid the extra for Fist Class Post as I required it for a young person in the school workshops. But as yet it has not arrived. I emailed you and still nothing

Hi, we are very sorry for the delay in delivery to your order, although Royal Mail are still working under pandemic level conditions which as stated on their website includes "Coronavirus-related absences and necessary social distancing measures such as reducing the number of people together in shared spaces and vehicles". We also replied to your email 2 days before you left this review, you know that because you replied back to that email before you left the review so the timeline doesn't add up. Nevertheless we are very sorry for the delay in delivery of your order.

Hi, we are very sorry for the delay in delivery of your order. Both 1st and 2nd Class Royal Mail deliveries have been delayed since April due to Coronavirus, along with the large amount of people ordering products online for delivery via Royal Mail.
