“I’ve received an email to say my order has been dispatched, I paid £4.99 first class delivery and despite your website stating it’s not next day delivery, I still haven’t received my order so far . There’s no tracking to see where it is, and it’s been a number of days for both first class and second class delivery time frame. Even I sent E-mail and call them but nobody answer.”
