Good price and really happy with the product. Delivery is expensive though!

I paid extra money for next day delivery. It took nearly a week for it to be delivered. If there’s a problem getting goods to customers then next day delivery should be taken off as people are being ripped off. However, the boiler suit ordered is excellent. I’ve ordered these before and the quality is very good

Hi Val, we spoke on the phone about this before you left this review and we were going to send you out a replacement but then you phoned us back to say that you had received your item. Also as we stated during our phone conversation - you did not choose a next day delivery, you chose 1st Class Royal Mail which is not a guaranteed next day service and that it also states this next to that option on the checkout page. You also ordered after the cut-off for the order to be sent out the same day at 4:48pm, so the earliest your order would have been sent out would have been the day after. Yes we have had delays to our Royal Mail deliveries since April because of coronavirus and this is still ongoing which we are very sorry about. We do offer lots of different delivery rates with lots of different price options on the checkout page including a next day delivery. Thanks.

Eventually arrived. I was just about to get in contact. It took over a week after being informed they had been dispatched.

Hi, You ordered the MARKED backpacks which as it states in multiple places on the listing including across the main product image in big letters that the bags are MARKED. It also states in the product title in capitals that the bags are marked. It also states in the description that the bags have a black mark on the outside which is due to the black inner lining. This is why the item is down from £5.99 to £1.99. Thanks.

Can I first say how thrilled I am with the personalised Hi-Vis jackets I received. I had an e-mail to confirm the design before it was printed. Jackets arrived within a day or 2 of them being posted. However, it hasn't been an entirely smooth transaction. A few days after I placed my order, nothing had arrived. When I followed up on my order, I was told my entire order (which includes 2 additional items to the jackets) would be dispatched the next day. Many days later, when nothing had arrived, I chased up my order to learn that 2 items were out of stock and that they were waiting until they arrived to send my order. I hadn't been notified. Lee called me and was very helpful. He dispatched my jackets immediately. It is just a shame that they didn't get in touch sooner. I'm really looking forward to receiving the rest of my order :)

Bought two hi vis backpacks which I thought were very reasonably priced and seemed decent quality for their intended use of school trips. Unfortunately during the first use, the reflective overhang became well and truly caught in the zip which created a problem for my child. When I tried to fix it, it just got worse. Nothing I could do to free the fabric and the zips both broke. It’s inevitable the same will happen with the second bag. Buy cheap, buy twice.

Service was good, but product I bought was very poor . I purchased the litter picker for my 6 year old boy. Wasn't any good from the word go ... Wouldn't pick up anything .. Just kept clicking and ends didn't meet , so obviously faulty ! Don't know if they are all made with this fault .. But wouldn't trust returning for an exchange.

Very easy to order but hard to understand site when printing was required on 3 separate vests. No printing was carried out. Maybe order system needs simplified

Hi, You ordered plain vests, not printed ones. On the page you ordered from it states in the description that the item is a plain unprinted vest, with a link to our printed kids vests page, which is on a different product page and costs more as they include the cost for the printing. It also states above the text box on the checkout page that 'if' you have ordered printed vests you can type in your printing information. We don't check the order notes unless printed vests have been ordered. You could have contacted us to resolve this issue as soon as you received your order as we would have been happy to arrange printing for you.

Hi, You ordered plain vests not printed ones, as part of an order of litter picking sets which do not include printing. Printing can be applied the vests if you inform us of that in advance so we can invoice and charge the extra cost for the printing seperately. The text box on the checkout page states that 'if' you have ordered printed vests you can type in your printing information. We don't check the order notes unless printed vests have been ordered, sorry.

The product seems fine. The delivery via 2nd class post was 6 days from order placement which I thought to be too slow. Good job I ordered these in advance

Hi, you ordered on a Wednesday and choose 2nd Class post which can take between 2-4 working days. Weekends are not considered to be working/business days and are not included in the delivery time so would obviously need to be taken into consideration when ordering if you need an item for a certain date. A 1st Class delivery rate was available for an extra 50p which would have taken a couple of days off the delivery time and may have meant that your item would have been delivered before the weekend.

The high vis vests are amazing and the children love them. The litter picking claws however broke on the 2nd trip out 😏
