“Can I first say how thrilled I am with the personalised Hi-Vis jackets I received. I had an e-mail to confirm the design before it was printed. Jackets arrived within a day or 2 of them being posted. However, it hasn't been an entirely smooth transaction. A few days after I placed my order, nothing had arrived. When I followed up on my order, I was told my entire order (which includes 2 additional items to the jackets) would be dispatched the next day. Many days later, when nothing had arrived, I chased up my order to learn that 2 items were out of stock and that they were waiting until they arrived to send my order. I hadn't been notified. Lee called me and was very helpful. He dispatched my jackets immediately. It is just a shame that they didn't get in touch sooner. I'm really looking forward to receiving the rest of my order :)”
