“I paid extra money for next day delivery. It took nearly a week for it to be delivered. If there’s a problem getting goods to customers then next day delivery should be taken off as people are being ripped off. However, the boiler suit ordered is excellent. I’ve ordered these before and the quality is very good”

Hi Val, we spoke on the phone about this before you left this review and we were going to send you out a replacement but then you phoned us back to say that you had received your item. Also as we stated during our phone conversation - you did not choose a next day delivery, you chose 1st Class Royal Mail which is not a guaranteed next day service and that it also states this next to that option on the checkout page. You also ordered after the cut-off for the order to be sent out the same day at 4:48pm, so the earliest your order would have been sent out would have been the day after. Yes we have had delays to our Royal Mail deliveries since April because of coronavirus and this is still ongoing which we are very sorry about. We do offer lots of different delivery rates with lots of different price options on the checkout page including a next day delivery. Thanks.
