“Message envoyé dans la foulée d'une commande effectuée en double par erreur. Message resté sans réponse plusieurs jours puis comme seule réponse : "Désolé votre commande est partie !". Sans aucune proposition de solution. L'enfant se retrouve donc avec une brouette en double !”

Hi, You placed 2 seperate orders with us at different times by 2 different people under 2 different names. Both your orders were dispatched before we had received your email informing us that one of them was a duplicate order. Also due to the large amount of orders we process it's not always possible for us to check for duplicate orders if they are ordered at different times under different names, sorry.

“We ordered the child’s litter picker set and are delighted with the quality of it. We ordered some regular little pickers off another website and were worried when they arrived that our son couldn’t use them very well, but the set we ordered from KidsHiVis were perfect for little hands! He was able to use it not problem, has been picking everything up around the house to show he can, and he loves the gloves and jacket to top it off. Lovely imaginative play, and lovely to get him thinking about the environment, recycling and the world when we do take them outside. Delivery was prompt, no problems, and very happy with the price. Thank you!”

“Wanted a child's wheelbarrow and garden rake for the grandchildren. Found just what I needed, at a good price, from KidsHiVis. Order arrived amazingly quickly. Wheelbarrow was a bit fiddly to put together, but, it's brilliant. Our Grandsons came today to play in the garden and were so happy to have the new toys. Aged 4 and a half and 2 and a half they took it in turns to play for a long time, sweeping up petals from the Rhodedendron and odd leaves. No doubt our Granddaughters, nearly 7 and nearly 4 (youngest at 16m is a bit too young, although will try to copy his sisters)will love them too. Thank you KidsHiVis, one very happy Nana.”
