Hi, we are very sorry for the delay in delivery of your order. Both 1st and 2nd Class Royal Mail deliveries have been delayed since April due to Coronavirus, along with the large amount of people ordering products online for delivery also via Royal Mail.

Hi, you chose 1st Class Royal Mail which is not a guaranteed service. It states this on the shipping options on the checkout page. Also if you go out at any point during the week Royal Mail will be unable to deliver as the item you ordered is too big to go through a letter box. There is also a pandemic on which has caused delays to Royal Mail deliveries since April. You can view Royal Mail's website for confirmation of this if you don't believe us about the pandemic thing. If you needed an order urgently we offer a next day courier delivery on the checkout page. Thanks.
