Unfortunately the gilet was marked and so my daughter had to be send it back. Shame could not just swap it over. Hopefully can get one still

Hello Gill I am so sorry to read your Gilet arrived with a mark on it. I know you have now returned it, but just to say, for future reference and for those reading this review, you could absolutely have swapped it out for a new one by popping onto our live chat, open 365 days a year, where a team would have been delighted to help out with a free and fast replacement. To your last point, the Gilet is a new item in our range and we have stock of all colours and sizes if you'd like to try again. I do hope to see you back at KIDKY soon. James

Awful finish, and toe box is quite constricted. I wouldn’t even buy for the sale price, I’d feel pained paying the full price!

Whilst the toys were great the customer service was very poor, the toys were ordered to arrive on a birthday, had to chase the day before, promised the delivery would land the day after the birthday, still hadn’t arrived, general mail sent by CEO re delivery problems, and finally 10 days after the order it arrived. Lesson to customer service, don’t blame the delivery partner when you haven’t picked the right one as a company. Customer service is supposed to reassure you, not fail. It starts at the top, note to CEO, only send mails to apologise for delays when you really understand why it happened, when it’s getting fixed and spend more time helping your staff to deliver a perfect service…..and don’t blame the courier!!!

Very disappointed with this purchase. The package arrived without the correct contents making it difficult to put together. The easel is chipped and doesn’t look good quality.

Our purchase, a Ride on tractor was not in good condition when we opened the packaging. There was damaged, scratched paintwork and wheels were not attached properly, the axle had a split in the wood. Possibly dropped in transit? Because the item was a birthday present, and needed the next day, we decided to try to repair item ourselves, WERE VERY DISSAPPOINTED

Do not use this website! Worst service I have ever received, I still have not received the product after weeks of chasing and countless additional products being sent. Will not be using again.

I have previously used Kidly and it was fine, however the company has gone downhill significantly. I needed a lightweight swaddle for my son during the heat. I bought one from Kidly using a 10% discount, adding some muslins to bump up the order and avoid the delivery charge. Three days later nothing had arrived and I received an automated email in the late evening saying the swaddle was being refunded successfully. After contacting customer services I found out these were now out of stock. No idea why it took 3 days, most companies would have dispatched these already or they couldn’t have let me know they were out of stock. As a ‘Goodwill gesture’ they offered me 10% off, not much of a gesture as I already had this before I ordered. I explained the situation with the muslins which was initially ignored but after a couple more emails they said there was nothing they could do, they had been dispatched but I wouldn’t have to pay delivery charge. I could return them, which would be fun with a hot and bothered three month old. I give up, their customer service is awful. I’ll now be the owner of some £15 muslins which are taking a week to be delivered.

Not happy with this product at all. My son wore these sandals twice and every time they rubbed against his feet and gave him horrible blisters on the back and side of his ankles. I’ve bought them in two sizes and now regret it.

Bought these jelly sandals for my 18 month old daughter and she has now got open wounds on both feet (heels and to the side where the fastening is). Do not recommend at all.

I never received the items and when i go to the tracker it seems that they had delivered on the 14th and I don't know what happened as we work from home si this is very surprising. I don't know where to write royal mail or you, but I am very sad about it

The bunny didn’t come. They told me the parcel lost in transit 2 weeks after I purchased. And they couldn’t do anything for me. Very disappointing

I ordered a CLASSIC WORLD 1 x Delivery Truck Baby Walker for my sons 1st birthday. One of the wheels has fallen off and when I screwed it back on it comes off within minutes of my son using it. The product is extremely unsafe and I am unable to use it! Having paid £50 for this I am very dissatisfied. Would not recommend this at all.
