“Cot bed ordered delivery date changed 3 times! Cancelled order due to poor customer service! Avoid and go to Wayfair!”

“Joke of a company. Initially ordered a car seat said 14 days delivery, which was fine we was happy to wait, 2 weeks later I receive an email saying the item I ordered was discontinued which is strange considering it said it was a new range that year, so the order got changed said I should receive it soon. A month passed and i receive an email stating delivery the next, which was great, so I wait in the next for nothing to arrive, so the day after I tried calling but the number doesn't ring says the are "dealing with overwhelming demand" yet this is a shop? Tried calling all day and could never get through. So I emailed them asking where my parcel was for them to reply and say it's not in stock? Which I was never notified about until I made contact, absolute pants customer service. Tried calling the next day same message, which as I see it means you cant actually phone them 3 days worth of phone to never get through. I was told I need to wait roughly another 2 weeks! Asked to cancel took ages to reply with confirmation for the cancellation. 2 months lead time (at absolute best? for something advertised as 2 weeks.. Shop else where.. these guys don't know how to run a company”

“Ordered. Money taken. Never delivered. No tracking information. Noone answers the phone. Days later the phone lines have been closed. Guaranteed 48 hour response to emails. Yet 4 days later no response. AVOID”

“Ordered from Kiddies Kingdom online twice and both times Kiddies Kingdom has took payment, processed order confirmation and then waited until my items should be getting delivered to email me saying that they are awaiting stock for my items. First order was a 30 day wait, second is predicted to be two weeks.”

“Ordered a baby beanbag on 20th December and money was taken 23rd December - arrived 14th Jan after telephone call and email chasing delivery. Item arrived 14th January in grey - I ordered pink for a baby girl. Shocking customer service. Avoid like the plague.”

“Odered a high chair and a few other small bits, the chair arrived when stated within the hour time slot. One of my orders had been discontinued so a refund was back in my account the next day. Excellent service!”

“They shipped a cheaper, less secure version of the item I purchased. It looks the same, but it is not. If I didn't notice I would have kept an item that is 40GBP cheaper and my children would be less safe.”

“Will never order from this company again. Paid in full for baby changing unit. Took hours to put it together and finally nothing was in sync, drawers didn't line up and cupboard wouldn't close. Customer service from staff was disgraceful. Was told couldn't have refund because we'd assembled it. Had to go to trading standards before eventually having full refund. Disgusting attitude with staff and manager who I won't name to save them the embarrassment. Spoilt the whole experience of buying for our first grandchild.”
