“Excellent experience and work from Sylvain that manage to recover my really bad lockdown trial at using shop bought colour and ending with deep black hair. We discussed the various options and the radical change I was originally after and he accepted the challenge and offered me a fantastic results. Can't recommend Sylvain and Anne Veck salon enough!”

“Excellent hair cut by Sylvain, plus he was fantastic; friendly, chatty and helpful throughout. It was a change from my normal cut and I was unsure, however, Sylvain is an expert and I am delighted with my new style. Thank you!”

“I have been lucky enough to go to the best of the best in both London and Los Angeles. I was recommended to Anne by my London hairdresser . I was not disappointed she is not only talented, but she listens and works hard to give you exceptional results . Above all she is always fun to be with. Thank you”

“I had a long appointment for hair colour with bayalage and dark dye to cover roots, and a cut. Nicola was amazing - really friendly and made lots of great suggestions. She really looked after me and made me feel great, and offered me lots of tips for caring for my hair going forward. I have already booked my next appointment and I’m looking forward to it!”

“After months of neglect, in part due to lockdown, my hair was in serious need of some TLC! Cue, Sylvain to the rescue. I had my consultation over VC in June and was very much looking forward to the appointment. Sylvain did not disappoint, he took my damaged hair and gave it a new lease of life. The colour is blended to perfection and looks so natural. I can whole heartedly say it’s my favourite colour to date, I cannot wait to go back! So happy to have a hairdresser who is not only great to communicate with and understands my vision but is also exceptional in the execution of his work.”

“A great salon for curly girls. I came to Anne to help me fix a blunt and boxy haircut. She knew exactly how to re-distribute the weight in my hair and make my curls pop again. So thankful I found her. An added bonus that the salon is environmentally friendly and ethical.”

“Anne and her team have made huge efforts to protect customers and staff and I felt completely safe and comfortable in the salon. As usual, Anne has thought of the environment and invested in biodegradable aprons so I was happy to know that my visit wasn't going to generate a lot of plastic waste. And of course I got a great haircut too - even more appreciated after three months of lock down!”

“I was really looking forward to having my hair done at Anne Veck in Oxford, following lockdown. As usual it was a very relaxing and positive experience. I had an Avlon texture release (keratin) treatment and could hardly believe how healthy my hair looked afterwards. Anne did my hair, and she always does such a great job. When I first went to see Anne my hair was not in good condition at all. However, since Anne has been doing my hair, it has grown and is also now really healthy. I’m already looking forward to my next appointment, which of course I’ve booked! Thank you Anne and your lovely team. You all do a great job!”

“I was Greeted with a lovely warm welcome back at Anne Veck in Oxford today after lockdown. I had a cut, highlights and Toner with Nicola. Nicola made me feel completely relaxed and really listened to what I wanted. It’s a beautiful cut and a lovely colour. Nicola really dose put attention to detail into her work. Her passion for her job and care for her client really shines threw. She’s so gentle. Was a real pleasure. Really dose feel like a luxury to visit Anne Veck Salon I always leave feeling really good! so Thank you ever so much!. The kindness and friendliness of all the staff is something Im so grateful for I always leave feeling uplifted. Thank you! Very much I really appreciate it!”

“Anne Veck is brilliant (customer service, eco-friendly salon etc). The cuts are always great but now I have a new favourite hairdresser! Sylvain was so creative and passionate, taking time and care to get it just right. He got the colour and cut perfect for me and my hair type. I love it! Thank you!”

“A brilliant experience - Sylvain listened carefully to what I wanted to do with my hair and checked with me as he went along, but he seemed to understand exactly what I was looking for! He topped off the cut with a fab, bouncy blow dry. Great attitude and energy - I'll definitely be back!”
