“Sylvain is a hair magician. He did the most beautiful golden balayage on my hair. I couldn't stop swishing it around once he'd finished, and I can't stop asking other people I've they've noticed how AMAZING my hair looks. On top of this, Sylvain is warm, chatty and always makes me laugh. A golden review for a golden glow up!”

“environmentally sound hairdressers even being covid safe. Going grey & my natural colour with long brown hair. Video consultation with Marissa started the process. A long stint in the salon took me from lockdown badger style to ash blonde / grey with my roots blended in. I was a bottled dark brown with almost 2 inches of grey, white & a tiny bit of brown scattered. Long hair to bra strap. Many foils later I was a weird yellow colour until toner was applied. I will have to have another appointment in a couple of months but I won't be doing the 4weekly roots cover up. It was so different when finished that I was a bit off kilter but I love it. Marissa listened to me and she heard me. She understood what I wanted and she achieved that. It took me a week or so to get used to it in mirror but I love it, and Im so impressed with her skill. My skin looks better & I feel better. I love my hair, thank you”

“Ventured back after lockdown, deliberately choosing an early morning slot. Covid safety is being taken seriously and while the experience can't be exactly as it was, everyone is working to keep the ambiance as relaxed as possible. Feel so much better for having professionally styled hair again! Sylvain did a brilliant job of course, despite the trials of the face mask. The whole experience made me more confident of returning for a colour appointment when its needed.”

“love this salon and support its green mission- they are way ahead of other salons in how to be greener, cut down on plastic and energy. My last haircut was a disappointment. I shared a photo of the style I am 'growing towards' and just wanted a trim and shape. My hair was cut totally short and the hairdresser said he changed his mind,without consulting me first. I am debating whether I will go back.”

“This was my first haircut at Anne Veck and I had my hair done by Sylvan who was fantastic. He was the first hairdresser ever to look at my scalp as well as my hair to see what shampoo and conditioner would suit me. He also understood the style I wanted and adapted it to suit my face perfectly. Would highly recommend.”
