I come every 3-6 months and have been to different staff, usually I am very satisfied, especailly when seeing Tia or Anne. This month I saw Kelly and sadly was very dissatsfied with the cut, it made me look very mumsy and not myself, but ther was nothing otherwise wrong, she was polite and profesisonal, but I didn't like the outcome at all, probably just a matter of different tastes. I wonder if there was a way to better discuss the type of look one is after before the cut?
